Many of us would like to be more active but struggle to get motivated.

It might be that you are too busy, haven’t found that one thing that inspires you, or battle to find something that fits round family life.

We are all guilty of spending too much time in front of the TV or computer but spending hours sitting can increase the risk of poor health.

Being activate for even 10 minutes a day helps to keep your heart healthy, reduces your risk of serious illness, strengthens muscles and bones, and can be a great stress buster!

Start you day feeling fresh and energetic with this 5 minute morning workout which you can start from the comfort of your bed.

The amount of physical activity you need to do each week depends on your age and if you have an impairment or a long-term health condition. If you are concerned be sure to check with your GP before starting anything new.
